Shipping and payment conditions

The following conditions apply

Shipping conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein.

In addition to the countries listed above, we do not offer shipping outside the European Union.

Shipping costs

are inclusive of statutory value added tax

Deliveries within Germany

Hermes Versand: € 4,90
Paket Deutsche Post: € 6,99

From an order value of € 150,00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad (Europe)

We charge a flat rate of € 9.50 for shipping costs.  As a parcel with insurance: € 13,80

From an order value of € 200.00, we deliver to other European countries free of shipping costs.

Deliveries to Switzerland

We send as a parcel with insurance: € 17,00

Please note when ordering from Switzerland and non-EU countries:
Every shipment of goods from abroad must be declared and customs duties and VAT must be levied.
As the recipient, you pay VAT on the value of the goods (incl. shipping costs and services) and customs duties on the gross weight.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 4 – 8 days in Germany (Germany) and within 3 – 10 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Return shipments

Returns for own account and credit only for sealed packages.
Small parts such as adapters, tubes, Liberpee, condoms are excluded from exchange.
